These terms cover your use of the Interfusion Festival Volunteer Agreements portal at interfusionvolunteers.com (the “portal”), run by Interfusion Festival (“we”, “us”). By using the portal, you agree to these terms.

What the portal is for

The portal lets Interfusion Festival send volunteer agreements to its volunteers and lets volunteers read and sign them online. It is not a public service: you need a private link from the festival to sign an agreement, and only authorized festival staff can sign in to the admin area.

Your agreement is separate

The volunteer agreement you sign is its own document between you and Interfusion Festival. These terms only cover using the portal. If the two ever disagree, the signed volunteer agreement wins.

Electronic signatures

When you sign in the portal, you agree that your electronic signature is as valid as signing on paper. You will receive a signed copy by email, and you can ask us for another copy at any time.

Using the portal properly

• Sign only agreements sent to you, and give true and complete information.
• Keep your signing link private. Don’t forward it to anyone else.
• Enter card details only if the card is yours or you are allowed to use it.
• Don’t try to get into parts of the portal you weren’t given access to, or disrupt it.

Staff accounts are for authorized festival staff only, and staff must keep their sign-in details secure.

Your information

How we collect and use information, including card details and Google data, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the portal running and secure, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. If the portal is down, contact us and we’ll help you sign another way. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by using or not being able to use the portal.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the portal after a change means you accept the new terms.
